Setting on 3CX
- Go to 3cx control panel-sip trunk, add Gateway
- Select Brand as Generic, enter the Number of Physical PSTN Ports on device and the main DID number.
- Enter the IP and port of the GOIP Gateway, and remember the Authentication ID and Authentication Password. We can add other DIDs for this Gateway, for example：8001
- Go to Inbound rules and outbound rules to create related rules for the extensions.
Setting on GOIP Gateway
- Login the web page of the gateway.
- Go to Configurations -Basic VOIP, The mode is single server mode, and then the account password of the registration mode selected in 3CX is filled in, as shown in the figure below.
- Go to Call in tab, select the CID Forward Mode and enter the Forwarding to VOIP Number.
- Next, you can test the incoming and outgoing calls. Incoming call can go to the specified extension, and the outgoing call is normal.
