Background:
During the use of the phone, there may be problems with phone registration failure, no sound or unilateral sound. At this point we may need to analyze the problem through the conversation set and server capture. In this document, we will introduce How to capture Fanvil Phone’ network data (taking the azimuth X5S phone as an example).
Step 1
The user first needs to enter the phone’s IP address in the browser to open the phone’s web page. The user can view the IP address of the phone by pressing the function menu button [Menu] -> [Status]. Or press the down button of the up, down, left and right buttons on the phone to view the IP.
Step 2
After entering the IP address in the browser, the first thing you see is the login page of the phone. Users must enter their username and password correctly to log in to the web page. The default username and password are both “admin”. If the prompt password is incorrect, you need to contact your relevant administrator to check the password.
Then we can found the system- tool, where we can see the Web Capture options.
Step 3
Click the start button of the web Capture, and then a webpage window and download window will pop up one by one. Here we click save in the download window.
Step 4
After waiting for the test to complete, we press the stop button of the web crawling item, we can see the data we crawled in the download interface. Here we have completed the capture of the location phone.
