Background:
Sometimes we need troubleshooting the phone, batch upgrade the phone configuration file or modify the parameters of the phone, etc. Then we need export the configuration file of the phone, this document will introduce How is the Fanvil phone exporting the configuration file.
Applicable models:
X1/X2/X2C/X3S/X4/X5S, we use the X5S for testing.
Step 1: View the IP address of the phone
Click “Menu“—“Status” to view the IP address of the phone. We can see the IP is 10.168.0.111
Step 2: Login to the phone’s WEB interface
Open the browser on your computer and enter the IP address of the phone in the “Address Bar” Then Enter your User name and Password to login the Phone web page(Default name and password is admin).
Step 3: Export configuration file
Select “System” — “Configuration” – “Press the right mouse button to save the configuration “TXT file”, select “Save link as”, save config.txt
