The following error code occurs when enable the 3CX Instance Management: install-instance-manager returned error code 255
How to solve
switch to root user and input following command:
wget -O - https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/misc/debianpatches/9/16/0/5/20200619-os-update.sh | bash
After entering the command, you can see the following information:
After that, we could enable instance manager in 3CX management console. When enabled this option, you can check the instance information in the 3CX cusomter portal.
Note
?：3CX will enable instance management after v16 update 6. You can also try to run this command to fix the problem if installing the latest version of 3CX fails.
