The following error code occurs when enable the 3CX Instance Management: install-instance-manager returned error code 255
How to solve
switch to root user and input following command:
wget -O - https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/misc/debianpatches/9/16/0/5/20200619-os-update.sh | bash
After entering the command, you can see the following information:
After that, we could enable instance manager in 3CX management console. When enabled this option, you can check the instance information in the 3CX cusomter portal.
Note
💡：3CX will enable instance management after v16 update 6. You can also try to run this command to fix the problem if installing the latest version of 3CX fails.
