This article mainly introduces the integration of 3CX and ZOOM ROOM. The way of integration is to provide an extension account of 3CX to ZOOM ROOM for registration.
After successful registration,ZOOM ROOM can dial the extension in the 3CX and dial the external number from the 3CX.
一、3CX Settings
1、Create a 3CX extension
Click “add”.You can modify the extension number as needed, and keep the default for others.
Note: it is necessary to check whether the “Disallow use of extension outside the LAN” is removed (the newly created extension is checked by default), otherwise it will not be registered.
Then provide the server’s address (domain name or IP), SIP port, extension number, authentication ID (which can be set to be the same as the extension) and password (extensions > phone configuration > authentication) to zoom room for registration.
二、ZOOM ROOM Settings
Find the SIP Phone interaction of Room Settings, and then fill in the extension information provided by 3CX to register.
Just fill in the red box.
User name: 3CX extension number
Password: the registration password of 3CX extension number
Authorization Name: Authorization ID of 3CX extension
Register server: domain name or IP address of 3CX server
After filling in the above information, click “save” to register. After successful registration, you can dial the extension of 3CX and dial the external line of 3CX.
