Problem description:
After we finish the settings of Zoho CRM Integration-Server Side, when one outside mobile number calls in the 3CX browser extension(which is bound to one user of Zoho CRM) , the browser extension can receive the call normally, and display the contact information, but the browser cannot pop up to display the contact details.
Check steps:
1.Click the test button, it can display the information normally.
2.3CX contacts can display the related information of incoming number:
3.After verifying all the settings of zoho crm and 3CX, both of them are correct.
4.There is not any error in the 3cxSystemService.log:
5.After test the template of zoho crm into the 3CX template generator, the contactURL can display the contact information after it is opened in the browser.
6.After delete all the contacts in the 3CX IPPBX, make a new test using the same mobile number, and the browser still cannot pop up to display the contact information.
After confirm to 3CX support, when the test number is the mobile number of any extension, the browser cannot pop up to display the contact. It is related to the purpose of integration between zoho crm and 3CX, and the integration is used to check the related information of customers, not extension.
After delete the related mobile number of extensions, the browser can pop up to display the contact when the same mobile number calls in the 3CX, and one icon which can display the contact information will be displayed under the contact too.
What is more, some customers meet with the similar problem like this, and the outside test number is not the mobile number of any extension, after following all the check steps above, in the step 5, there are two different records in the 3CX template generator:
Both of two contactUrls can display the contacts in the browser, it is because there are two contacts using the same number in the zoho crm, after deleting one contact in the zoho crm and deleting all the related contacts of the same number in the 3CX, the test will be normal.
